Upstairs and Downstairs

Unread postby molbolom » Mon Jun 04, 2012 12:53 am

Been talking a bit more in Cherokee (to myself of course), and I realized that I could use a few more words in my vocabulary. So I hunted for these and came across the following.

ᎡᎳᏗ ᎠᏠᏒᏍᏗ : Eladi atlosvsdi : Down [???] (Downstairs)
ᎦᎸᎳᏗ ᎧᏅᏑᏢ : galvladi kanvsutlv : Up room (Upstairs)

The following are words that I've used, but not sure as to how "correct" they are.

ᎡᎳᏗᏗᏢ : Downstairs (Only used as an adverb/adjective, never as a noun)
ᎦᎸᎳᏛᏗᏢ : Upstairs (Only as adv/adj).
